Abstract

Health-related quality of life is a multidimensional concept that includes a person's physical and mental health conditions. A person's physical and mental health is influenced by several factors, one of which is quite determining is a healthy lifestyle. This service aims to determine the influence of a Healthy Lifestyle on the Quality of Life of the Bengkong District Community. The PHBS program is a program that aims to provide learning experiences or create conditions for individuals, families, groups and communities by opening communication channels, providing information and providing education to improve knowledge, attitudes and behavior so that people are aware that they are willing and able to practice PHBS through a development advocacy approach. atmosphere and community empowerment.
