The Pharmacy Management Information System (SIMA) plays an essential role in supporting the management of pharmaceutical supplies, ranging from demand planning and procurement to stock control. Trivot is a third-party feature provided by Tritama Group, designed to assist the drug procurement process through purchasing, spreading, and new recommendation features. However, evaluation of the effectiveness of SIMA Trivot remains necessary, as issues such as low user acceptance and misalignment between system features and actual pharmacy workflows have still been identified. This study aims to evaluate the success of SIMA Trivot implementation in pharmacies in the Denpasar area using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) framework, as well as to measure the level of user satisfaction. This research employed a mixed-method design with a cross-sectional approach, conducted at five pharmacies under Tritama Group in the Denpasar area from August 12 to September 26, 2025, involving 20 active Trivot users as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and interviews, and analyzed descriptively using SPSS. The results showed that the Human, Organization, and Technology components obtained average scores of 2.91, 2.91, and 2.92, respectively, which are classified as "fair," while the Net Benefit component obtained an average score of 2.43, also classified as "fair." Meanwhile, the user satisfaction level obtained an average score of 3.45, classified as "good." These findings indicate that SIMA Trivot has generally been able to support pharmacy operations and provide good satisfaction for its users, although there remains room for improvement in the net benefit aspect, particularly through system feature optimization and enhanced training for user staff.
