Dysmenorrhea is one of the most prevalent gynecological problems experienced by adolescent girls and may interfere with academic activities and overall quality of life. Non-pharmacological management using an electric heating pad is considered effective, practical, and safe because it provides stable heat that can help reduce uterine muscle contractions. This study aimed to determine the effect of warm compresses using an electric heating pad on reducing dysmenorrhea pain among adolescent girls at SMK Kesehatan Global Cendekia Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 30 female students from a population of 90 students, selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) observation sheet, and bivariate analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test with a significance level of alpha = 0.05. The univariate analysis showed that before the intervention, the majority of respondents experienced moderate pain (60.0%), while after the intervention, most respondents experienced a reduction to mild pain (80.0%), and 16.7% reported no pain. The Wilcoxon test results showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), with a calculated Z value of -4.690. Therefore, the administration of warm compresses using an electric heating pad had a statistically significant effect on reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain among female students at SMK Kesehatan Global Cendekia Jakarta.
